You’ll enjoy your return at Riverside Karlín, and you can even bring the entire family. Sceptical? Drop by from Tuesday to Thursday at our Riverside Fest. Tuesday features acoustic performances by talented young artists, Lenny will perform on Wednesday at 8 p.m., and a party is on tap for Thursday with MALALATA DJ duo. We also have sports and activities planned for the whole family, along with refreshing drinks and great food. Riverside Fest will be a fantastic celebration, so save those dates: 12-14 September.
Come and say goodbye to summer in style. There will be concerts, DJs, a grill, zumba for both kids and adults, dance lessons, and lots of fun. There will also be plenty of exquisite cuisine to sample for you foodies. You can find the entire program and all related information on the River Rink Facebook and Instagram pages. The entire Riverside Karlín campus is entering a new phase, so it’s been re-named along with a slew of other new features. Riverside Fest is just the first.

Zažít Karlín jinak – Urxova (Experience A Different Karlín: Urxova)

Experience a different Karlín, this time in Urxova and Petra Slezáka streets! This is an exceptional neighbourhood gathering where you’re certain to be entertained. The streets will be alive with people and a program that will grandually be unveiled on the project’s Facebook Events page. Karlínský festival kávy (Karlín Coffee Festival)
17 September 2023 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Coffee lovers need to mark the third Sunday in September down in their calendars! Karlínské náměstí will host the traditional Karlínský festival kávy with the best cafés and roasters attending. Visitors can enjoy all different kinds of coffee and even try new alternative coffee rituals.
There will also be a broad palette of food on hand with live music and DJ Hlava performing. Children can enjoy thematic workshops as well as a wide range of activities. Artists from Ink culture and Henna Helena tattoo salons will be in attendance for those that want to decorate their bodies.

Karlín and Holešovice Now Connected by the Long-Awaited HolKa Bridge
It’s been two weeks since the 300 metre-long bridge between Karlín and Holešovice opened, connecting both neighbourhoods and the Štvanice Island for those on foot or on bikes. HolKa, as the bridge is known, was opened on July 28 by representatives of Prague’s City Hall, Prague 7, Prague 8, and co-designers Petr Tej and Marek Blank. Construction began last January and the cost totalled CZK 352 million.
